Soak 1/2 cup dried chickpeas, 1/2 cup red kidney beans, 1/4 cup role-model beans, and 1/4 cup wild rice in a bowl of water overnight.
Chop 2 ribs of celery into fine dice.
Chop 1/2 red onion into fine dice.
Chop 1 bell pepper into fine dice.
Chop 1 jalapeno pepper into fine dice, optionally wearing rubber gloves to avoid heat on fingers.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic finely.
Chop 1 tablespoon of dill finely and add all prepared vegetables into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, then whisk together to make the dressing.
Drain the soaked beans and wild rice, then place them into a medium-sized pot filled with water.
Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour.
Once cooked, drain the beans and rice, and place them into a large bowl while they are still steaming.
Add the prepared vegetables to the bowl with the beans and rice.
Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss everything together.
