Mix 700 grams of bread flour, 30 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of salt until evenly distributed.

Add 30 grams of barley malt syrup, 15 grams of neutral oil, 100 grams of eggs, 210 grams of sourdough starter, and 225 grams of water to the mixture.

Mix until you can't mix anymore, then knead the dough until all flour is incorporated.
