Prepare taco chips by mixing flour, salt, oil, baking powder, and water to form a dough. Roll out and cut into desired shapes, then fry until crispy.

For the salad, mix chopped cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, and green chillies. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt to taste.

Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken mixture in taco shells and topping with the salad.
