Put 2 cups of all-purpose flour in a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour and mix.
In another bowl, combine 3/4 cup of warm water with 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar; let it foam.
Combine the yeast mixture with the flour mixture and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil; mix until combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size.
Prepare the garlic butter mixture by mixing 3 cloves of minced garlic with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of parsley.
Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the garlic butter mixture over the dough, then sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
Slice the log into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the rolls for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
