In a bowl, combine 100 grams of cornflour, 100 grams of besan, and 100 grams of semolina.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried coriander, and salt to taste to the mixture and mix well.

Add water gradually to create a thin batter, not too thick.
