Chop onion and peel apple, cutting it into small cubes.
In a small pan, add about 1 tablespoon of butter and heat it up.
Add chopped onion to the pan and sweat it down for about 2 minutes.

Cut chicken breast into four pieces and butterfly each piece.
Pound the chicken pieces gently with a meat hammer to flatten them.
Season the chicken with salt, chicken powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs.
Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan until a wooden skewer bubbles when inserted.
Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown, flipping a couple of times to ensure even cooking.
Remove the chicken and place it on a rack to keep it crispy.
Layer cheese between two pieces of chicken and briefly fry to melt the cheese slightly.
Assemble the burger with the schnitzel, curry ketchup sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
