Wash the lemons and dry them with paper towels.

Slice the lemons thin and remove the seeds.

Put the lemon slices and honey alternately in the jar.

Close the jar securely and shake it a little.

Keep the jar in the fridge for 3 days, shaking it once a day.

After 3 days, remove the lemon slices to prevent the syrup from getting bitter.

Freeze the lemon slices to use like ice cubes or for baking.
