생강청 (ginger syrup) 30g
진간장 (dark soy sauce) 200mL
다진마늘 (minced garlic) 50g
배즙 (pear juice) 300mL
후추 (pepper) 3g
설탕 (sugar) 60g
참기름 (sesame oil) 70mL
다진대파 (chopped green onion) 50g
포도즙 (grape juice) 300mL

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.

Place the back ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
