Remove steak from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a blender, combine yellow chili peppers, fresh cheese, evaporated milk, garlic, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth to create the Huancaina sauce.
In the same skillet, add the Huancaina sauce and heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Slice the cooked steak and arrange it over the fettuccine on plates.
Drizzle the Huancaina sauce over the fettuccine and steak.
Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, black olives, and parsley.
