Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
Chicken stock cube 1
Water 1 Cup
Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
Olper’s Dairy Cream 200ml (room temperature)
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Farfalle pasta 300g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
Parmesan cheese powder
Fresh basil leaves

In a spice mixer, add cashew nuts and garlic & blend well.

Add fresh basil leaves, parmesan cheese powder, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, olive oil & blend to make a paste. Pesto sauce is ready!

Cut chicken fillets from the center.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder on both sides of chicken fillets & rub evenly.

On a cast iron pan, heat cooking oil and cook chicken fillets on medium flame from both sides until golden (6-8 minutes) then cut in cubes & set aside.

In a wok, add olive oil, garlic & mix well.

Add capsicum and mix well.

Add chicken stock cube, water, mix well & bring it to boil.

Add milk, cream & whisk well.

Add black pepper powder, salt and whisk well.

Add prepared pesto sauce, mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled pasta, cooked chicken & mix well.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese powder, garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!
