Add 2 slices of habanero chilies and 1 scotch bonnet to the pot.

Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes until the onions soften and the beans break down.
Season with salt, black pepper, and dried onion flakes.
Grind 1 teaspoon of star anise into a powder and add it to the pot.
Add dried baobab leaves and mix with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to create a paste.
Let the sauce reduce for 10 to 45 minutes, checking periodically.
Rinse 200 milliliters of rice and add enough water to cover it, about 250 milliliters.
Bring the rice to a boil and cover it, cooking for about 10 minutes until fluffy.
Mix in cornmeal gradually to bind the rice and form a ball.
