Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add 1 chopped onion to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes until softened, but not browned.

Add 10 oz of ground meat, 3 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the skillet. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned.

Turn off the heat and add 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans to the skillet, mixing well.

Add 3/4 cup of salsa sauce to the mixture and stir to combine.

Mix in about 3/4 of the 8 oz of grated cheddar cheese into the mixture until evenly distributed.

Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and melted.
