Spread mustard on the inside of the bread and layer with sliced brisket, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles.
Close the sandwich and butter the outside of the bread.
Preheat a sandwich press or skillet over medium heat.
Place the sandwich in the press or skillet and cook until the bread is golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Slice the sandwich diagonally and serve hot.
