1 carrot
2 Small Sweet potatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
sesame oil
black & white sesame seeds
grated ginger
soy sauce
kelp leaves
1 tsp smoked paprika
nutritional yeast
brown rice

Slice the carrot, sweet potatoes, red bell pepper, and onion into sticks.

In a pan, heat sesame oil over high heat.

Add the sliced carrot, sweet potatoes, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic cloves to the pan and fry for about 5-10 minutes.

Drizzle soy sauce over the veggies.

Soak the kelp leaves in water for a few minutes to soften, then cut them.

Add the soaked kelp leaves and 1 tsp of smoked paprika to the pan.

Sprinkle nutritional yeast (optional) and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve with brown rice.
