Ingredients
- ●4 slices of bread
- ●2 slices of cheddar cheese
- ●2 slices of Swiss cheese
- ●4 slices of ham
- ●4 slices of pineapple
- ●2 tbsp butter
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- 2Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- 3On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer one slice of cheddar cheese, one slice of Swiss cheese, two slices of ham, and two slices of pineapple.
- 4Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over the pineapple.
- 5Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- 6Place the sandwiches on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- 7Carefully flip the sandwiches and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- 8Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
- 9Serve warm and enjoy your Hawaiian Grilled Cheese!

- 1In a food processor, combine basil, parsley, spinach, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to create the Green Goddess spread.
- 2Spread a generous amount of the Green Goddess spread on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- 3On the non-spread side of two slices, layer the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly.
- 4Top with the other two slices of bread, spread side up, to form two sandwiches.
- 5Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- 6Once the butter is melted, place one sandwich in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- 7Carefully flip the sandwich and add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- 8Remove the sandwich from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
- 9Repeat the process with the second sandwich.
- 10Serve warm and enjoy your Green Goddess Grilled Cheese!

- 11Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes more.
