Make tomato purée by blending 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, and 3-4 garlic cloves until smooth.

Prepare pico de gallo by mixing 1/2 tomato, 1/2 onion, a pinch of salt, coriander leaves, and 1/2 lemon juice.
