Cut each country style rib in half.

Combine 2 cups of sour orange juice, 1/2 large red onion (finely chopped), 1/2 large sweet onion (finely chopped), 10 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano in a 4 cup measuring container to create the marinade.

Coat the ribs with half of the marinade in each of two 9x13 baking dishes.

Cover the ribs with press and seal wrap and refrigerate for no less than 3 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Uncover the ribs and place them in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

After 35 to 40 minutes, take the ribs out of the oven and place them on a baking sheet.

Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and place the ribs back into the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the fat has crisped.
