1 slice white bread
100 ml milk
400 g ground beef
400 g ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
100 g hard cheese
50 g onion
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
100 g flour
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
250 ml white dry wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
500 ml meat broth

Soak 1 slice of white bread in 100 ml of milk.

In a bowl, combine 400 g of ground beef and 400 g of ground pork.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, and 2 minced cloves of garlic to the meat mixture.

Crack in 1 egg and mix well.

Grate 100 g of hard cheese and add it to the mixture along with 50 g of finely chopped onion and 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley.

Form the mixture into meatballs.

Roll the meatballs in 100 g of flour to coat them.

Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over high heat and fry the meatballs for 10 minutes, turning them until golden brown.

Pour in 250 ml of white dry wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Add 500 ml of meat broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
