In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, adobo, minced garlic, dried oregano, and garlic salt.

3

Mix the ingredients by hand until homogeneous.

4

Add the breadcrumb mixture and eggs to the meat mixture and combine again by hand.

5

Form meatballs by taking about two tablespoons of the mixture and rolling it into a ball.

6

Place formed meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

7

Sear the meatballs in a cast iron skillet with oil over medium heat until browned on the bottom.

8

Flip the meatballs carefully once browned and continue searing until all sides are browned.

Remove the meatballs from the pan and add onions, sofrito, and olives to the same pan, mixing to combine.

Once the onions are translucent, add tomato sauce and mix.

Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add water and cook for 5 minutes.
