Wash the vegetables thoroughly and use good quality cucumbers. Snip off the edges to remove bitterness.

Peel the cucumber and chop it into small cubes.

Transfer the peeled and chopped cucumber into a bowl.

Slit one green chili and add it to the bowl.

Add fresh grated coconut to the bowl.

Dry roast a tablespoon of peanuts until well roasted and switch off the heat.
