1 jalapeño
4 Roma tomatoes
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup elato tomato sauce

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1/2 onion and 1 jalapeño sliced, sauté for 3 minutes.

Season with 1 tsp of garlic salt, 1/2 tsp of ground cumin, and 1/2 tsp of oregano, cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of elato tomato sauce, chopped cilantro, and 2 bay leaves, mix well.

Reduce heat to the lowest setting, cover, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
