3 lbs. stew meat (including bones)
2 corn
4 potatoes
1 cabbage
3 carrots
1 yucca
2 chayote
2 zucchini
4 small tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 bunch cilantro
1 white onion
1 Tablespoon Salt

In a large 2 gallon pot, boil your meat with the pot filled halfway with water for 45 minutes.

In the meantime, blend together the tomatoes, garlic, onion and cilantro. Place it to the side.

Clean and roughly chop all the other veggies in large pieces keeping in mind that they will get very soft while boiling.

After the meat has been boiling for 45 minutes, remove any of the foam or oil that is floating on top.

Next add all of that blended up espeso, season with the chicken Bouillon and give it a good mix.

Lastly add all the veggies, ending with the cabbage and fill it if needed with water.

Cover the soup and allow it to cook on a gentle boil for about 1 hour until the yucca is tender and the meat is shreddable.
