Add 4 whole eggs to a mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer, mix the eggs until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Pour in 1/2 cup crema and 2 sticks of melted butter.
Add 1 cup sugar and mix everything together until well combined.
Add 2 cups of rice flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder to the mixture.
Optional: Add a little cinnamon to the mixture.
Sift the rice flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
Combine the mixture in two additions, mixing thoroughly each time.
Pour in 1.5 cups of milk and mix until smooth.
Let the batter rest for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a 10-inch baking dish and pour the batter into it, filling it halfway.
Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Once done, let it cool completely before unmolding.
