Sift 1 cup of rice flour into a bowl.
Sift 1 cup of all-purpose flour into the same bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.
Add 1.5 cups of sugar to the bowl.
Add 2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
In a mixer, add 1 cup of evaporated milk.
Add 4 eggs to the mixer.
Add 1 cup of unsalted melted butter to the mixer.
Turn the mixer to medium-high and whisk the wet ingredients together.
Scoop in the dry ingredients one cup at a time into the mixer.
Mix everything on high for about 2 to 3 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
Pour the batter into buttered bowls.
Sprinkle a handful of sesame seeds on top of the batter.
Place the bowls in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (356°F).
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
