Finely grate 1 clove of garlic and add it to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley to the bowl.
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then whisk everything together until well mixed.
Pour the dressing over the salad, ensuring it is evenly spread.
