Put a saucepan on the stove over medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of oil to the saucepan.

Stir the mixture and turn off the heat, then let it cool down.

Peel 4 large potatoes and cut them into chip-sized pieces.

Place the raw chips into a saucepan, cover with cold water, and add a pinch of salt.

Put the saucepan on high heat and bring to a boil, then boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes.
