200g jjolmyeon noodles
1 cucumber, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
1/2 cup bean sprouts, blanched
2 boiled eggs, halved
1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds

Cook the jjolmyeon noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.

In a bowl, mix gochujang, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce to create the sauce.

In a large serving bowl, place the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.

Add the julienned cucumber and carrot on top of the noodles.

Garnish with blanched bean sprouts and halved boiled eggs.
