Cheesy Orzo

1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.

Add the orzo pasta to the boiling broth and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until al dente.

Once cooked, drain any excess liquid from the orzo if necessary.

Reduce the heat to low and return the orzo to the saucepan.

Stir in the milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
