Cut the New York Strip into bite-sized pieces.

Season the beef pieces generously with salt and pepper.

Set the seasoned beef aside.

Boil water in a pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet.

Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, turning occasionally.

Add the instant noodles to the boiling water.

After 3 minutes, add the vegetable mix from the noodle packs to the boiling noodles.

Transfer the cooked noodles into the skillet with the beef.

Turn the heat to medium.

Add about 1 cup of noodle cooking water to the skillet.

Add the tapa Getti sauce mix to the skillet, adjusting the amount to taste (about 1/2 to a little more than 1/2 of the packet).

Mix everything together in the skillet, deglazing the pan with the mixture.

Turn off the heat and add the oil packet from the noodle packs.
