Ingredients
- ●1 pre-made pizza crust
- ●1 cup refried beans
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1 cup shredded lettuce
- ●1 medium tomato, diced
- ●1/2 cup sliced black olives
- ●1/4 cup diced red onion
- ●1/2 cup salsa
- ●1 tsp taco seasoning
- ●1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Spread the refried beans evenly over the pizza crust.
- 3Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beans for added flavor.
- 4Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beans.
- 5Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 6Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- 7Top the pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and diced red onion.
- 8Drizzle salsa over the top of the pizza.
- 9If desired, add dollops of sour cream on top before serving.
- 10Slice the pizza into wedges and serve immediately.

- 7Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- 9Remove bay leaf before serving.
- 10Serve over pasta or as a dipping sauce.
