Prepare the pizza dough ahead of time, allowing it to rise for at least 24 hours.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 1 hour before making the pizza.

Preheat your pizza oven to a temperature of 500-550 degrees Fahrenheit.

Brown the ground beef and mix in the Blackstone Street Taco seasoning.

Take one dough ball and stretch it to your desired thickness. A tip: dust the dough with semolina flour on both sides before stretching to prevent sticking.

Spread the jarred salsa evenly over the stretched dough.

Sprinkle about 8 ounces of queso quesadilla cheese on top of the salsa.

Add the seasoned ground beef as a topping.

Distribute 4-5 ounces of Colby Jack cheese over the pizza.

Use a pizza peel to transfer the pizza into the preheated oven, ensuring you use some semolina flour if the dough is sticky.

Bake the pizza until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.

After baking, cut the pizza into slices and begin adding your chosen toppings, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, Mexican Crema, and taco sauce or salsa.
