Sweet potatoes are nutrient-dense.
Boil 7 small potatoes or 3-4 medium potatoes until soft, then mash them up until dry.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Add in 1/4 cup of milk and some water to make a slurry, mixing until liquidy.
Chop 1 tablespoon of green onion and add it to the potato mixture along with 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of butter, mixing well.
Chill the potato mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Prepare breadcrumbs by drying out slices of bread in the microwave, then blend them into crumbs.
Shape the chilled potato mixture into balls, then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot, then deep-fry the balls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
