350ml water
10g salt
5g sugar
7g active dry yeast
100g sourdough starter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Add the sourdough starter to the yeast mixture and stir to combine.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).

Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
