Prepare the cold broth by mixing water with vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce to taste.

Slice cucumber and radish into thin strips for garnish.

Boil an egg, then cool in ice water, peel, and cut in half.

In a serving bowl, place the chilled noodles and pour the cold broth over them.

Add cucumber and radish strips on top of the noodles.

Garnish with the halved boiled egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Add mustard and pepper to taste, adjusting flavors as desired.

Serve immediately with ice cubes to keep it cold.
