Combine 1 C of orange juice, 1/2 C of lime juice, 1/2 C of lemon juice, 2 C of sour orange juice, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper in a blender with 20 cloves of peeled garlic and blend to liquefy.

Reserve 1 C of marinade for later, then pour the remainder over the pork butt and marinate overnight.

Smoke the marinated pork at 325°F until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Pour 1/2 C of reserved marinade on the pork, cover with foil, and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 200°F.

Pull the pork into desired chunks or strands.

Sautee 1 onion, then add 1/2 C of remaining marinade and 1/2 C of juices from the foil.

Bring to a boil, then simmer and add the pulled pork to coat.
