4 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 medium zucchini, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup olive oil

Chop the garlic into slices.

Cut the onion in half, then slice it into cubes.

Cut the peppers in half to remove the seeds, then slice and dice them.

Peel the courgette, cut in half, slice, and dice it.

In a pan, heat a bit of olive oil and add the chopped garlic, cooking until hot.
