1/3 cup of water
2-3 cups of cooked Japanese Rice
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of water
1 tspn of soy sauce
1-2 tbsp of sugar
1 tspn of salt
1-2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup Nori flakes
20 pieces of crabsticks
cheese (grated)
1 pack of Lady's choice mayonnaise
1/2 cup of Japanese Mayo (kewpie)

Mix flour, salt, sugar, cooking oil, and Nori flakes in a large bowl.

Gradually add water to the mixture until combined.

Prepare the rice by ensuring it is sticky like Japanese rice.

Mix cooked Japanese rice with vinegar, water, soy sauce, sugar, salt, roasted sesame seeds, and Nori flakes.

Press the rice mixture together.

Arrange the toppings (crabsticks, cheese, mayonnaise) in a pan.

Cook the sushi pizza on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until the crust is cooked but not overtoasted.
