Baked Brie Phyllo Cups

1 package phyllo dough (16 oz)
1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.

On a clean surface, lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter.

Layer another sheet of phyllo on top and brush with more butter. Repeat until you have 4-5 layers.

Cut the layered phyllo into squares large enough to fit into a muffin tin.

Gently press each square into the muffin tin to form cups.

In a bowl, mix together the brie cheese, cranberry sauce, walnuts, thyme, salt, and pepper.
