1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons unrefined salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup roasted salted mixed nuts
