- 5Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper.
- 6Air fry the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- 7While the salmon is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 8To assemble the bowl, place a serving of rice at the bottom, followed by the steamed broccoli and shredded carrots.
- 9Top the rice and vegetables with the cooked salmon fillet, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
