neutral oil
1 can of beans, mashed or 1 can of refried beans
1 onion diced
1/2 red pepper/capsicum diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 bunch of coriander, chopped
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp salsa lizano, or Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
salt
pepper
3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 bunch of coriander
juice of 2-3 limes
2 avocados
1/2 diced onion
