60 grams water
30 grams gelatin
60 grams white chocolate
1 teaspoon glycerin
liquid blue color
cornflour for dusting
1

Start by taking room temperature water, measuring out 60 grams.

2

Add 30 grams of gelatin to the water, mixing them together.

3

Let the gelatin and water mixture sit for 10 to 15 minutes to bloom.

4

Melt 60 grams of white chocolate using a double boiler.

5

Once the gelatin has bloomed, melt it in the double boiler until it becomes transparent and all particles are dissolved.

6

Combine the melted gelatin with the melted white chocolate and mix well.

7

Add 1 teaspoon of glycerin to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

8

Incorporate a few drops of liquid blue color into the mixture and mix until the color is uniform.

9

Spread the mixture evenly onto a butter paper (or silicone mat) to desired thickness.

10

Let the mixture rest at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 5 minutes to set further.

11

Once set, use a knife to gently cut around the edges of the fabric to release it from the butter paper.

12

Dust the fabric with cornflour to reduce stickiness before demolding.

13

Carefully stretch and peel the fabric off the butter paper, ensuring not to tear it.

14

If desired, apply edible glitter or gold to the fabric for decoration.

15

Cut the fabric into desired shapes for use on cakes.
