Husk 5 cobs of corn.
Measure out 3 tablespoons of low-fat sour cream, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon or lime juice, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper, 1 tablespoon milk, and 3 tablespoons of cilantro or parsley.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Place corn on a medium-temperature clean grill.
Close the lid for 2-3 minutes.
Rotate the corn every 2-3 minutes until charred to your liking.
Remove corn from the grill and plate it.
Brush on the prepared topping using a brush or spoon.
Optionally, drizzle sriracha sauce on top.
