Today, flautas have gained popularity worldwide, with variations in fillings and toppings, making them a versatile dish for any occasion.

Add 2 chicken breasts with rib to the pressure cooker.
Season the chicken with 2 tablespoons of adobo, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning, 1/2 onion, 1 green pepper, and a handful of cilantro.
Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker, cover, and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
Allow the chicken to sit for 10 minutes after cooking, then open the pressure cooker.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl and reserve 1 cup of the broth for salsa.
In a blender, add a handful of cilantro, roasted onion, 5 garlic cloves, 5 tomatoes, and 1 green pepper to make the salsa.
Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl, adding a little salt to taste, then set aside.
Shred the chicken once it's cool enough to handle and season with Kander's Chile Ver seasoning, or salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix in 8 oz of cream cheese with the shredded chicken.
Add 2 roasted poblano peppers and 2 roasted green peppers (diced) to the chicken mixture, along with queso, and mix well.
To seal the flautas, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 2 tablespoons of water to create a glue.
Grab a flour tortilla, add the filling, roll it tightly, and use the glue to seal the end.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil until hot.
Fry the flautas for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown, about 5 minutes total.
Drain excess oil from the flautas after frying.
Serve the flautas topped with sour cream, salsa, cabbage, tomatoes, and onion.
