Pizzadilla

2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the pizza sauce over it.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Layer the pepperoni, black olives, and bell peppers over the cheese.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the toppings.

Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and top with the second tortilla.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.

Carefully flip the pizzadilla using a large spatula and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.

Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
