Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour into a large bowl.
Make a well in the middle and crack in 1 large egg, whisk the egg.
Add in 1/3 cup of club soda and whisk until creamy and lump-free.
Add 1 finely chopped shallot, 2 minced cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, and 1/2 tsp ground cumin to the bowl.
Season with sea salt and black pepper, then mix until well combined.
Drain 1 can of white beans and rinse under water, then shake off excess water.
Transfer the beans into a bowl and mash them slightly with a potato masher or fork.
Add the mashed beans to the batter and mix until combined, adjusting consistency with more club soda or flour if needed.
Heat a large fry pan over medium heat and add 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
Once hot, add spoonfuls of the batter to the pan, ensuring they are in a single layer and spaced out.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, frying in batches if necessary.
Transfer cooked fritters to a dish lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 grated cloves of garlic, 1 tsp hot smoked Spanish paprika, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Season with sea salt and black pepper, then whisk until creamy.
Transfer the spicy aioli to a serving dish and arrange the fritters around it.
