Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich - with pork belly

Heat olive oil in a fry pan.

Cut pork belly into small pieces and add to the pan.

Cook pork belly and onion for about a minute.

Add kimchi to the pan, cutting it down to size if necessary.

Add korean barbecue sauce to the filling mixture.

Add finely chopped green onions to the filling mixture.

Set the filling aside once cooked.

Butter one side of the brown bread.

Add havarti cheese to the unbuttered side of the bread.

Layer the pork and kimchi filling on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle more green onions on top of the filling.

Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.

Cook the sandwich in a skillet, checking frequently to avoid burning.

Once golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove from skillet and cut in half.
