Mix until a dough forms, then knead until smooth.

Incorporate 55g unsalted butter and knead until fully absorbed.

Shape the dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl.

Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.

Shape each portion into a loaf and place in greased pans.

Cover and let rise again until puffy.
