40 mL of white wine
60 G of butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons of parsley chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preheat the grill section of your oven.

Place a saucepan over medium heat and add a small knob of butter, the snails, and the chopped shallots. Stir to warm through.
