Prepare 4 tortillas.

Add olive oil to the pan.

Add 250g ground beef to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until it changes color.

Add ½ chopped onion and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Chop 2 cloves of garlic and add to the pan, cooking until fragrant.
